Why it matters

Cities are good at giving people something to do. They are far less certain about how it feels to be there.

A new district that people only pass through. An office quarter that empties by evening. A beautiful stretch of ground that is awake for a few hours a day and asleep for the rest.

Culture, nature and community are what keep a place awake. Give a place more reasons to be lived in, and it gives far more back.
